Shuangming operates a fully integrated production system from raw material processing to finished thermal break profile shipment. With 2 polyamide compounding lines, 20 fully automated profile extrusion lines, and 200+ profile dies, we ensure consistently high-quality raw materials and thermal barrier products with exceptional production efficiency.

Equipped with fully automated production lines and a performace testing laboratory, Shuangming guarantees every meter of thermal barrier delivers exceptional tensile strength (≥120N/mm²), ultra-low thermal conductivity (0.3W/m·K), and extreme weather resistance. With an annual capacity of 3000 tons, we offer complete profiles series (T, I, C, E slots) and support custom solutions for global climatic challenges.
